We strive to avoid overusing antibiotics. We partner with families reviewing proper use of antibiotics and follow evidence-based guidelines. 

In order to provide the best care for your child, we do not prescribe antibiotics over the phone.

Our practice makes every effort to run on time with appointments, as we believe everyone’s time is equally valuable.

As a courtesy, we will remind you of your upcoming appointments via phone/text message/email.

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. 

Missed Appointments: We request 1 business day notice for cancellation of appointments to avoid a no-show fee.

As pediatricians we believe immunizations are an essential component of preventative health care for children. Sunshine Pediatrics OC firmly supports the vaccine recommendations by the American Academy of Pediatrics.

If after careful consideration, you choose not to vaccinate your child, we ask that you seek another pediatric practice.
